Eligibility Requirements

International Students must meet the following requirements to be eligible to study at a university or college in Canada:

• Enroll at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI),

• Prove you have enough money to pay for your:

  • tuition fees,

  • living expenses for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada.

• Have no criminal record. A police certificate may be required.

• Have a clear medical examination,

• Prove to a Visa Officer that you will leave Canada after completing your studies.
